Several real-world buildings and landmarks are used in the games. Sandlot themselves are in Suginami City, Tokyo, so you can probably spot some similarities there too.

• The Palace of Westminster is in EDF2.
• Tokyo Tower is in EDF4.
• Tokyo Station is in EDF4 too.
• Asagaya Housing Danchi look like building in multiple games (4, 5, 6?).
• Odori park and the Sapporo TV Tower are in
• Sapporo Station is in EDF…5 iirc
• Amarube viaduct is in EDF6.
