Neocities is a free webhost similar to others that used to be prevalent on the WWW, like Geocities, Angelfire, 🙲c. They give you a space to hand-code websites, have tutorials, and have an okay way to browse other pages hosted there.

Along with the Gopherverse, Neocities is one of the few ways to still surf the Internet :(
