Run into this problem a few times where if I pay with my bank card using either the cart feature to buy from multiple sellers at once, or the offers feature, EBay will take the money from my account then put a hold for the same amount until I receive the item/s.

To resolve this you can either wait, or contact EBay to get an email confirming the payment has been taken and passing that on to my bank.
