I wrote them an E-mail suggesting that the ork cheerleaders in Blood Bowl 3 performing a haka was a bit off, their response:

We remind you that these are fictional characters in a particularly humorous Fantasy universe.

Our team is multicultural, there is obviously no desire to hurt or denigrate anyone.

The reference of this Haka is indeed the All Blacks, the parallel with Blood Bowl being relatively obvious, the choice of the team corresponds to the fantasy universe in which the game takes place.

We have notified our development team, however it is unlikely that we will change this exact point.

We invite you to learn about our other productions (Werewolf The Apocalypse Earthblood, Of Orcs and Men) to discover our vision, far away from these stereotypes (our orcs and goblins are not stupid or evil creatures).
