Evolution is GNOME's Email/Calendar/Tasks software. I'm not a big fan (nor of GNOME's approach in general), but tried it for a bit because Thunderbird wasn't playing nice with my carddav server.
Failed to authenticate: The name :x.xx was not provided by any .service files
I was getting this for Google accounts. Just requires completely killing Evolution with evolution --force-shutdown
