Method

  1. Steep the lemon peel in the alcohol for for 24 hours.
  2. Make a syrup with the water and sugar, then leave to cool.
  3. Remove the lemon, then add the alcohol to the syrup.
  4. Add to bottles and leave for at least a week.
  5. When ready store in the freezer or fridge.
