Cassette and 3-disc CD player. Seems to be aimed at professional use (even comes with rack mounting hardware), but makes a nice hi-fi unit too.
Tape part does auto-reverse.
Only downside is that the CD part can't shuffle across all discs.
Here's a funny review from a self-described 'AudioPhile':
This is the least ergonimic [sic] piece of electronics ever created. Avoid it at all costs. It takes 3 CDs, but there is no way to even tell, without spending more that a full minute waiting for drawers to open, which bays even contain a CD at any given time!!!!!!!!!!! the product is uniquely misformed in all the work in this way!!! The play, stop, return to zero, record, & other buttons are spread all over the place, hard to find, ridiculous to contemplate. Plus, the product comes with a paper notice inclosed stating that it may permanently break if you turn it on, and then off, while certain lights are still blinking. Another unique, original, never-before-seen, totally fatal bogus feature. Avoid, avoid, avoid avoid this product like the plague.

To be fair the button layout is pretty nonsensical.
