This is what I'm currently using to host my calendars and address book.

Seems like an unintuitive way to do it, but you can create a user from the web interface by just trying to log-in as them. Otherwise you'll have to do it from the command-line.

• Baïkal - Also tried this one, but it didn't work as well for me.
