  * **[[SFX Browser]]** [[itch>resolutiion.itch.io/sfx-browser]]\\ Made in [[gmt>Godot]], haven't tried yet. Seems limited.
  * **[[SampleHive]]** [[gitlab>samplehive/sample-hive]]\\ Pretty busted, but early in development.
  * **[[Sononym]]** [[https://www.sononym.net/|Homepage]]\\ Expensive (USD$100!), but has unique organisation/searching features (that I don't think I need). Demo's working fine on [[arch_linux|Arch]]. Electron.
  * **[[Reaper]]**\\ Has a tools for managing samples?
  * **[[Mixxx]]** [[https://mixxx.org/|Homepage]]\\ DJ software, but has organisation tools.

=====Windows or Mac Only=====

Options seem much better :(

  * **[[ADSR]]** [[https://www.adsrsounds.com/product/software/adsr-sample-manager/|Homepage]]\\ Apparantly words great in [[wine]]((https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=20553)), but I'm having an annoying glitch where the mouse cursor disappears sometimes. Main annoyances so far are that it requires providing details (you can fake them, even [[E-mail]]) to download, and that you can't navigate the sample list with the keyboard.
  * **[[COSMOS]]** [[https://www.waves.com/plugins/cosmos-sample-finder|Homepage]]\\ Needs registration just to get a demo :/ Maybe it's plugin only, no standalone? Not free anymore.
  * **[[XO]]** [[https://www.xlnaudio.com/products/xo|Homepage]]\\ In the same camp as Sononym: has neat feature for navigating big sample libraries that aren't useful to me (people who don't have 1000 kickdrum samples), and is expensive.
  * **[[Atlas]]** [[https://algonaut.audio/|Homepage]]\\ Ditto.
