**Neocities** is a free webhost similar to others that used to be prevalent on the WWW, like Geocities, Angelfire, 🙲c. They give you a space to hand-code websites, have tutorials, and have an okay way to browse other pages hosted there.

Along with the [[Gopher]]verse, Neocities is one of the few ways to still //[[surfing|surf]]// the Internet :(
