======Ctrlr======

Tool for designing software interfaces for music making. For me it's most interesting for creating interfaces for hardware via [[MIDI]]. Never had any luck getting it to work in [[Linux]]/[[Wine]] though (yet). Original doesn't seem to be being worked on anymore, but the CtrlrX fork is.

I don't know if there are any alternatives out there, apart from I stuff like [[Max]], [[Pure Data]], etc.

=====Linux=====

Tried with [[yabridge]], but [[Wine]] dies each time CtrlrX tries to start.

When I'd tried the standalone version of plain Ctrlr i nWine before it would open but have breaking display issues.

There used to be a repository of user submitted panels on the Ctrlr site, but that's gone now.
