======ACMI======

**ACMI**, The **__A__ustralian __C__entre for the __M__oving __I__mage**, is mostly a cinema, library, and exhibition space dedicated to screen stuff.

They play good films, the [[Melbourne Cinematheque]] film club thing shows their movies there too, they have film projectors, the big cinema is nice.

NB:

  * Never see silent movies here. They always botch the sound somehow.
  * Avoid Cinema 2 if you can, the sound's a bit worse in there.
